Park Your License for $1 Day and Earn Referral Fees

When you park your real estate license with ARI:
You are an active Real Estate Associate and your license falls under the rules and regulations of provincial Real Estate Council. When you park your real estate license with ARI:
You do not belong to a real estate association (CREA, provincial or local boards) and that you do not pay MLS® fees or MLS® yearly dues. When you park your real estate license with ARI:
You can refer clients to an Outstanding REALTOR® that you trust who gives great service, and receive referral fees LEGALLY. When you park your real estate license with ARI:
You can purchase property yourself and earn a commission LEGALLY. When you park your real estate license with ARI:
It also means that you will NOT have access to MLS® features and cannot call yourself a REALTOR® (but, you don’t pay for those services either…upwards of $1300 yearly in addition to your brokerage & council costs). When you park your real estate license with ARI:
You do NOT have to write the provincial qualifying exam again should you wish to transfer your license to a full-time MLS® brokerage and becoming a REALTOR® once more with access to MLS® features. Your license can be transferred at any time.
